Over the years we have catered for numerous private parties and events and have become specialists in outdoor catering.

Cooking can be done al asador or a la parrilla. Al asador involves a fire being made on the ground and surrounded by metal crosses (asadores) that hold the entire carcass of the animal splayed open to evenly receive the heat from the fire. A la parrilla involves the more conventional method with coals being placed evenly over the ground with a grill placed over the heat.

Either way, a pop up Lomito Argentine asado is both visually spectacular and exclusive with the same stringent standards of product and service as found in our steak restaurants.
